Shipping

All of our products are dispatched from the UK and delivered via 2nd Class with Royal Mail as standard. If you wish to express your item to first class or tracked, you may do this for an extra cost which is shown at checkout.

Our delivery prices are calculated at checkout, and are calculated based on product weight and your delivery preferences.

We aim to dispatch most orders within 2-3 working days. We only ship orders Monday to Friday. Personalised orders, or orders that are made to order, will differ dependent on the product. Despatch times for these products will be listed on the product description.

Any delivery dates quoted are just estimates, not guarantees. We endeavour to keep you updated on the progress of your order using the details you provide during checkout and always do our best to make it right if things go wrong. If you require a product for a specific date, please feel free to contact us to check we can arrange this in advance of ordering. If we are on holiday or experiencing delays, a site wide notice will be displayed at the top of the website updating you of these changes.

We currently only ship within the United Kingdom.
